Everything on the menu, fresh dough, wings, meatballs, stuffed subs, desserts, is made in-house from scratch, no shortcuts. We stretch our own dough daily and pull mozzarella fresh for every cheesy pie. Guests who come in for a slice and stay for the lasagna tend not to forget it.

A pizza champion behind every pie

Our head pizza maker, Chef Ray, is a licensed professional pizza maker and a Napoli-trained pizza making champion. He won the pizza making contest across all of Italy in 1997, and placed second among pizza chefs across all of Europe in 2005. That same dough-making expertise goes into every fresh pie we make daily.
